How can I know if certain dates are available at a villa?

Please complete our Availability Form with the name of your Villa, your requested dates and number of guests in your party.
We usually reply to all villa's availability enquiries within 24 hours.
If my requested dates are not available at a villa, can I request alternative dates?

Certainly. Very often, availability can be secured by moving the dates one or two days either way.
If my requested dates are available at the villa, how can I proceed and book the villa?

When we reply to you that the villa is available for your requested dates,
We will also include with the reply the total rental price for the period in question. By making a payment of 25% of the rental total as a booking deposit, the villa will be booked for you accordingly.
How can I pay the 25% booking confirmation deposit payment?

We accept credit card payments.
I am concerned about sending credit card details by email. Can I call you with my card details?

What happens after I have made the 25% booking confirmation deposit payment for the villa?

Upon receipt of the card info we will process your payment via our credit card processor WorldPay, a member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, who will automatically email to you the transaction's statement.
From our side we will send you a confirmation of the payment as well as the Villa's confirmed booking for your dates.
When is the balance 75% due to complete the rental payment for a villa?

The 75% balance payment for a villa is due at 8 weeks before your actual arrival at the villa.
How do I get to the Villa from my airport of arrival in Cyprus?

Once your flights are booked, you could email to us your flight arrival details. Accordingly, we will email to you clear directions on how to get to the Villa, based on your airport of arrival, and we will also provide you with the Villa's full address as well as a local contact telephone number. This information will easily enable you to get to the Villa whether you are driving from your airport of arrival or whether you will use a taxi instead.
What happens if our flight arrives late and we reach the Villa after midnight?

If you are arriving at one of our smaller villas, an arrangement will be made so that you can obtain the keys to the villa on your arrival there. If you are arriving at our Villa Mosaica, then regardless of your time of arrival, our representative will be waiting for you at the Villa to show you around and hand you the keys.
