Local area of the Limassol Villas: Mosaica, Aretousa & Amorosa
Villa Mosaica, Villa Amorosa and Villa Aretousa are all located in a quiet neighbourhood of the Kolossi area of Limassol. There are also numerous archaeological sites in the area, such as the ancient city of Kourion and it’s unique historical theatre which still stages classical and modern productions. Kourion is also a major , all year round, paragliding launching site used by local Cypriot pilots and a large number of visitors from abroad.

There are four local supermarkets, four restaurants, a pizzeria (Pizza Mania), two local pubs, a café-galateria, two confectionaries, a bakery and a pharmacy, all at a walking distance from the Villas.

Limassol city centre is at a 7 minutes drive from the Villas. Limassol offers an endless choice of shopping, restaurants, taverns, pubs, clubs and night life entertainment. The beautiful Kourion beach on the Mediterranean, with three restaurants right on the beach, is about 6 minutes away by car.
Local taxis (including mini-buses for large groups) are reasonably priced, and are available on 24 hours, 7 days a week and can easily be called by telephone for a pick-up from or to the Villas at any time. A wide selection of Limassol restaurants & taverns will deliver ready meals to the Villas based on a telephone order.

In February during the Carnival, masked revellers roam the streets playing music, and dancing. September, is time for the Wine Festival, a wine extravaganza where wine flows freely for everyone to enjoy for a week. Our Limassol Villas: Mosaica, Aretousa and Amorosa, are located at about 9 minutes drive to Limassol city centre.
