Local Area
Villa Mosaica, Villa Amorosa and Villa Aretousa share the same local area as they are located on the same street. The three villas are situated next to each other at a short walking distance, in a quiet neighbourhood of the Kolossi area of Limassol. There are four residential areas in this locality: Ipsonas, Kolossi, Erimi and Episkopi. There are also several archaeological sites in the area, such as the ancient city of Kourion and it’s unique historical theater which continue to stage live productions up to day.

At a walking distance from the villa there is a bank, three local shops and a fairly large supermarket, four restaurants, two pizzerias, three local pubs, a cafe-galateria, two confectioneries, three take-away kebab shops, a bakery and a pharmacy. There are then other stores & shops: two sports items shop, a gold-smith, a house-appliances shop a hairdresser saloon, etc.
In the local area
Three doctor clinics for outpatients: a GP, a pediatrician and a dentist are also in the area. There is a bus stop at 300 meters from the villas. The bus covers the surrounding areas of Erimi and Ipsonas and then runs up to Limassol city centre. There are also several “kiosk-shops” selling plethora of items. These are open almost round the clock all week long.
Further locally
Further at about 2 & 3 Km away are more restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and bars. The two largest Hyper markets in the Limassol area are about 8 minutes away by car. A wide selection of Limassol restaurants & taverns will deliver ready meals to the Villas based on a telephone order. Limassol city centre with an endless choice of shopping, restaurants, night clubs and entertainments is a 10 minutes drive away. Local taxis, which are reasonably priced, can be called by phone and are available on 24/7 basis.
Kourion Beach
A Blue Flag beach. At 6 minutes drive from our Limassol villas. This is one of the cleanest beaches in the Limassol area. Golf courses nearby are at Aphrodite Hills and The Secret Valley Golf Course.
Airports
Our Large Limassol villas are 30 minutes’ and 50 minutes’ drive from Paphos Airport and Larnaca Airport respectively.

Cyprus: an Island of legends

Cyprus, birth place of The Goddess Aphrodite, and EU member since 2004, is an island of legends with nine thousand years of cultural legacy and history where the footsteps of historic figures such as St. Paul, Alexander the Great and Leonardo da Vinci can be retraced. In Cyprus, and side by side, one can find Byzantine churches, crusader castles, Gothic churches, Venetian forts, ancient vineyards, frescoed monasteries, citrus orchards, sandy beaches and Roman mosaic floors.

Out and about & Entertainment
Limassol city centre is at a 9 minutes drive from the Villas. Limassol offers an endless choice of shopping, restaurants, taverns, pubs, clubs and night life entertainment. The beautiful Kourion beach on the Mediterranean, with three restaurants right on the beach, is about 6 minutes away by car. Local taxis (including mini-buses) are reasonably priced, and are available on 24 hours, 7 days a week and can easily be called by telephone for a pick-up from or to the Villas at any time.

Limassol: Hospitality Tradition
Limassol, a vibrant seaside city and centre of the wine industry and is a bustling holiday resort with an old tradition of celebration and hospitality. In February during the Carnival, masked revelers roam the streets playing music, and dancing. September, is time for the Wine Festival, a wine extravaganza where wine flows freely for everyone to enjoy for a week. Our Limassol Villas: Mosaica, Aretousa and Amorosa, are located at about 9 minutes drive to Limassol city centre.

Attractions and Fun in The Sun
Swimming, Scuba diving, Wind surfing, Sailing, Snorkeling, Tennis, walking, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, bird watching, fishing, golf and skiing. Golf courses are close by at the Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Vikla.
The “Fasouri Watermania” Water Park, featuring the largest selection of attractions and slides in Cyprus, and is very popular with children, is just a 6 minutes drive from our Limassol villas.

Old and Modern
Cyprus has cosmopolitan towns and a modern network of roads & motorways and excellent tourist infrastructure. It is also where the Goddess Aphrodite, Goddess of Love and Beauty, first emerged from the sea. Ever since ancient times, Cyprus has had many names, stressing its natural beauty: Aeria, Galenia, Euploia, Makaria, Kyprida Ourania, Perikalle, Aphrodisia and the Island of Love.
